This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking coaching sessions with CoachingbyWeyni. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Booking Process

For Coaching Program or 1:1 Coaching Packages:

  • Interested clients must first fill out an application form.

  • I will review your application and contact you via email to schedule an introductory call.

  • After the intro call, you will receive a payment link to confirm your coaching package. You will then receive a confirmation email with session details.

For Complimentary Intro Calls:

  • If you are exploring coaching but not fully committed, you can book a complimentary intro call by filling out the contact form on the website or emailing hello@weyni.co.

Payment

Payment is required after introductory call and confirmation of service. We accept payments via PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

For Coaching Program:

  • Payment for the full program confirms your place and is non-refundable once the program has started.

  • Since the program is a set package, sessions cannot be canceled or rescheduled individually.

  • To respect everyone’s experience, participants who are more than 10 minutes late will be denied entry to the session and will not receive a refund.

For Private 1:1 Coaching:

  • Sessions may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be counted as used.

  • Refunds are not available for missed or late-canceled sessions

Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law.

Responsibilities

Coach Responsibilities:

  • The coach is responsible for providing professional coaching sessions tailored to client’s goals.

  • The coach is expected to offer guidance, tools, and support to help client take actionable steps. However, the coach cannot guarantee specific results.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all information shared during sessions.

Client Responsibilities:

  • The client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the coaching process.

  • The client is expected to attend sessions on time and communicate any scheduling conflicts in advance.

  • Active participation and commitment between sessions to achieve desired outcome.

Liability

CoachingbyWeyni is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our coaching services.

Modifications to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Booking Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will apply to future bookings.
